  This Panera location is always busy - which is a result of both their location and good service. The staff are efficient and responsive, and they keep the restaurant very clean. It's always good to order ahead if you can do it, to save time waiting on line.

  Incompetence reigns here. You want a quick meal, you want your order to be correct, you expect restrooms to be stocked with toilet paper? Well if so, you came to the WRONG place. I would recommend going to any of the other surrounding establishments. DO NOT COME HERE unless you're a masochist and you love a time suck and poor service.

  Waited in line for over 15 minutes, sweating my ass off in what had to be 80 degree temperatures. The line didn't move at all except to accommodate more people coming in behind me. I left without the pastries I had been so looking forward to. Not cool Panera. Not. Cool.
